By booking a Consultation (the "Session"), you (the "Client") agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Relationship

The Client understands that EiK Studios provides mental performance coaching and educational services. These sessions are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, therapy, or psychotherapy. EiK Studios does not diagnose or treat clinical mental health disorders.

2. Consent to Collect Personal Information

To provide an effective strategy, the Client consents to providing personal information including, but not limited to:

• Contact details (Name, Email, Phone).

• Lifestyle data (Sleep, Diet, Exercise habits).

• Professional goals and mental performance hurdles.

• Negative traits & Positive traits

3. Confidentiality & Data Protection

EiK Studios is committed to the highest standards of privacy.

• Confidentiality: All information shared during the Session is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without express written consent.

• Storage: Personal data is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of tracking the Client’s progress and tailoring future coaching.

• Legal Exceptions: Confidentiality is only waived if there is a clear and imminent danger to the Client or others, or if required by a court of law.

4. Client Responsibility & Waiver

• Voluntary Participation: The Client takes full responsibility for any changes they choose to implement in their diet, exercise, or lifestyle following the Session.

• Liability: EiK Studios shall not be held liable for any physical or psychological injury, financial loss, or perceived lack of results resulting from the application of the coaching techniques provided.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Because EiK Studios reserves a dedicated time slot for the Client:

• Rescheduling: The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session.

• Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of when the Client joins.

• No-Shows: Please note that if you do not appear for your appointment and haven't notified us in advance, the booked session may be considered forfeit and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Recording Policy

The Session may not be recorded by the Client without the express verbal or written permission of EiK Studios. If EiK Studios records a session for the Client’s future review, the recording will be subject to the same confidentiality terms in Section 3.

7. Termination

EiK Studios reserves the right to terminate the Session or the coaching relationship at any time if the Client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or if the Client’s needs fall outside the scope of the services provided.
